Reactor Institute Delft

The Reactor Institute Delft (RID) is a knowledge center on nuclear issues, operating a 2 MW reactor, neutron beam instruments and irradiation facilities. In conjunction with the scientific department of the Radiation Science and Technology (RST) of the faculty of Applied Sciences, RID accommodates resident and visiting scientists from a variety of scientific disciplines, educates students, professionals and scientists, and serves as an independent source of information for society on radiation- and nuclear-related issues.
